ACCESS TO THE VILLA
Access is allowed to Guests only.
The entrance to visitors, even if accompanied by Guests, as well as the parking of visitors vehicles, is allowed only prior communication at the Direction.
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
For any arrival after 6:00 pm, please contact us within 6:00 pm under the phone number: 0039 0365 551062. Special instructions are needed to enter the Villa. For the check-in formalities, please contact us the next morning within 12 noon.
Check-out is within 9.30 am.
Later check-out is upon prior request and subject to availability at an additional cost amounting to the 50% of the daily rate.
An unexpected departure after 12:00 noon implies a surcharge of the 50% of the daily rate.
Guests are gently required to settle the bill on arrival.
The entire stay is to be paid even in case of late arrival and / or early departure.
First supply of bed linen and bath towels is included.
A change is provided for free for the two week stays.
First delivery of garbage bags and toilet paper is included. Further supply is not provided.
EXTRA BED LINEN AND BATH TOWELS
They are available upon request: 10 euro per person for bed linen; 3 euro each large towel; 1,50 euro each small towel.
Recycling of the waste is required in all apartments and in the whole complex.
Garbage bags (first supply) and small containers for the sorting of the waste are available in the apartments.
Garbage bags must be disposed in the appropriate recycling area.
The management reserves the right to withhold a deposit between 40 and 100 euros for any damage found after departure .
LAUNDRY SELF SERVICE
A washing mashine is available for common use of all Guests in the hall of the Villa.
A barbecue is available for the use of all Guests.
Grill is not allowed near the apartments.
Pets are allowed on request at the reservation on extra charge: 8 euro per day till a maximum 48 euro for the whole stay.
They must be always kept on a leash.
They can not be left alone in the apartment.
The sudden cleaning of needs is the exclusive responsibility of the owner. He is also responsible for any damage caused by the pet itself.
Parking is available free of charge inside the villa via a remote controlled electric gate.
The Management declines any responsibility for money and valuables.
Any lost items forgotten in the apartment will be sent on request to the guest’s home upon payment of the related expenses.
